The Health Centre may disburse OPD medicines to the beneficiaries for a period of 3 months so that they do not have to come repeatedly for the same. 2.  Those beneficiaries who wish to purchase the OPD medicines from their local chemists may be allowed to do so and be reimbursed without any certificate of availability or otherwise so that they do not have to visit the premises unnecessarily. It has been brought to our notice by colleagues that the grants sanctioned are merely enough to cover salaries of the past two months. We appeal to you to ensure that extension letters for another four months are issued to all ad-hoc teachers in your college.
