Dear Prof Tarun Das,

You are requested to take cognizance of MHRD letters F. No. 19-5/2003(CU) Vol.IV dt 30th March 2019 and No. 4-41/2014-Desk (U) dt 29th March 2019 and issue appropriate orders to the Pension Branch and to the constituent Colleges of the University of Delhi, so that the cases of pension pending for years may be expeditiously processed. To enable the processing of files in a smooth and timely manner, at least six additional hands may be provided to the Pension Branch on an urgent basis. Any further delay would irreversibly harm the interests of our retired teachers and non - teaching employees who have been anxiously waiting for the release of their pension.
