No. OSD-CE 2013/334), pertaining to examination and invigilation duties Dear Prof. Singh, We wish to express our dismay and alarm at the contents of the letter, cited above, that the OSD, Examinations, Dr. D.S. Jaggi, has sent to college Principals on May 2, 2013. This letter violates the Ordinances of the University and the service conditions of teachers by issuing unwarranted instruction.
